 Gnocchi - Cooking Tips 

  • Drop frozen gnocchi into rapidly boiling salted water.
  • DO NOT STIR
  • Return to boil then SIMMER on a LOW heat until they float.
  • Lift out and serve immediately with butter & cheese or your favourite sauce.
