nocchi can be one of the most satisfying of all pastas. Indeed, one has to be careful not to serve too much, for it can be very filling. Almost everybody has had the classic potato gnocchi, but why not try one of our other varieties?

Spinach, ricotta & herb
Goat cheese

Cooking Instructions
Drop frozen gnocchi into rapidly boiling salted water. DO NOT STIR. Return to boil then SIMMER on LOW heat until they float.
Lift out and serve immediately with butter & cheese or your favourite sauce.
