Returns Policy
As our products are perishable, all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if you make the wrong decision. Pastabilities will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives and contact us immediately if there is a problem. Pastabilities is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being undeliverable due to incorrect address information supplied to us. To ensure you enjoy the full flavour and freshness of our products, we urge you to remove the product from the shipping carton and place in a refrigerator/freezer within one hour of arrival. Pastabilities is not responsible for improper handling once products are received by the recipient. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Refunds can only be credited to the originating credit card.
