Asian inspired combination of duck, fresh ginger, star anise and a splash of dry sherry all wrapped in a silky egg pasta
- Filling: Duck (53%), Cellophane Noodles (Mung Beans, Peas), Ginger (3%), Shallots, Dry Sherry (3%), Sugar, Chillies, Sweet Soy Sauce, Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Salt, Star Anise (0.2%), Spices
- Pasta: Flour (Wheat), Durum Semolina (Wheat), Eggs, Water, Salt
- Dusted With Rice Flour
Drop frozen ravioli into rapidly boiling salted water. Stir gently. Return to the boil then simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Lift out & serve immediately.
