- Filling: Duck (53%), Cellophane Noodles (Mung Beans, Peas), Ginger (3%), Shallots, Dry Sherry (3%), Sugar, Chillies, Sweet Soy Sauce, Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Salt, Star Anise (0.2%), Spices Pasta: Flour (Wheat), Durum Semolina (Wheat), Eggs, Water, Salt Dusted With Rice Flour
Drop frozen ravioli into rapidly boiling salted water. Stir gently. Return to the boil then simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Lift out & serve immediately.
