Gnocchi
Gnocchi is the Italian word for dumpling. In the Tuscan area of Italy, Spinach & Ricotta Gnocchi are called “Strozzapretti” or “priest-stranglers”. According to popular local legend, a priest choked & died after eating them too quickly because they were so delicious.
Hopefully ours are just as good, but without the dire side-effects!!
Our gnocchi are made from fresh potatoes or vegetables, herbs & cheeses & are also snap frozen. It can be one of the most satisfying of the pastas. Indeed, one has to be careful not to serve too much!
